Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions for Returns:

You MUST email beanstuckdesigns@gmail.com to start a return process.

Returns are done on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be in unused and original condition.

Original items must be intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Photo evidence of the issue is required ( if the item arrived damaged)
Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items such as custom and used items are not eligible for return.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds will only be processed for items that did not arrive or once the original item is received back.
Exclusions:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value.

If the new item is of higher value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
