Store Policy

Return Period:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase on a case-by-case basis. 

Conditions for Returns:

  • You MUST email to start a return process.

  • Returns are done on a case-by-case basis.

  • Items must be in unused and original condition.

  • Original items must be intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Photo evidence of the issue is required ( if the item arrived damaged)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items such as custom and used items are not eligible for return.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Refunds will only be processed for items that did not arrive or once the original item is received back.


  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value.

  • If the new item is of higher value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

  • The Customer is responsible for shipping for exchanges.

Shipping & Lost or Damaged 

 Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 4 days for a prompt exchange.

 Shipping Times:

  • Orders are typically processed within 7 business days ( please see FAQ section for the most up-to-date processing times)

  • Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and how far you are from Victoria, BC, Canada.

 Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • Please contact us if your order is lost or significantly delayed, and we will assist in tracking or reshipping as necessary.
